Most people would describe me as outgoing and energetic. Perhaps this is one of the reasons for being appointed the lead MC for PRO Event DJ. As an MC, I am highly organized and detail oriented. I enjoy getting to know everyone in the room and on the dance floor. Without being too overbearing, my MC style is fun and professional. I'm also a long-time DJ spinning 12" records, CDs, and other digital formats. I've provided entertainment in front of large crowds in public venue's, including Orlando's Cafe Tu Tu Tango. Reading the crowd and working the dance floor is my passion and the foundation for building the brand of PRO Event DJ. I've had the pleasure of performing for large audiences in excess of 2000 including live 4-turntable events with Matt Rothlein.
I have been mixing records since 2001, just prior to the start of launching PRO Event DJ. In my early years of DJ'ing, I quickly became accustomed to mixing 12" vinyl records. Over time, technology has evolved, moving from vinyl records and turntables to digital formats and midi software. This change has been exciting for me personally because it challenged me to evolve as a DJ. I've studied DJ software through and through, performing gap analysis on a variety of programs while stress-testing them for reliability and functionality. With more than 10 years of experience as a DJ, I have performed at hundreds of events including weddings, night clubs and restaurants, and was a featured artist at the Florida Music Festival in 2004. As a solo artist, I have released six continuously mixed albums of dance music. For years, I have been dedicated to mixing and re-mixing music, personally and for our customers. I've had the pleasure of performing in front of very large audiences. Whether it's hundreds of guests or thousands, the dance floor is my home.
PRO Event DJ is the second DJ company I have worked for, but the first company I have co-owned. With experience since the mid-90s, I have learned the business inside and out from music to lights, and weddings to corporate functions. With each event comes a new opportunity to learn and evolve with the industry. PRO Event DJ has always been on the cutting edge, going back to its inception in 2002. Over time, our lighting and stage presence has been fine-tuned so that every event is a success! I'm passionate about music, as well as lighting, and it's been great to see how far technology has pushed the standards to new limits. My experience began with a DJ company in South Florida. I later began working for Nickelodeon Studios in Orlando. With my past experience, I have been able to master the art of stage presence and have been committed to incorporating it into PRO Event DJ. I'm also an experienced DJ, MC, and have performed at hundreds of events.
